The staff were always very friendly. I was allowed to store my luggage before check-in. The location is convenient for accessing the shopping center. The breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was always hot.
The lift is small and only fits two people. this required some planning for our family.

There is a lift for accessing upper floors of the building. I found the bar area on the ground floor. It adds a relaxed atmosphere and is very CONVENIENT for hotel guests. Access to luggage storage is very helpful.

Our quadruple room provided adequate space for a travel cot. Daily housekeeping kept the room tidy, and I appreciated this service. The bedding felt clean. This is important for a restful stay.

the hotel is in a very central location. friendly staff assisted with directions. the included breakfast was well-stocked and had varied choices. i found the reception area clean.
the room had thin walls. i could hear hallway noise clearly at night. this disturbed sleep on one occasion.

smoky smell bathroom ventilation
the location, i have to admit, was pretty central and useful.
The room i got assigned had a definite smoky smell and was very dated. I wonder when it last had a makeover. i also had issues with the bathroom. Ventilation was non-existent and . i seriously doubt i will book this again.

The location was SUPERB. It was so easy to walk to all the main attractions!!! Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection of cereals. The staff were friendly and helpful.

helpful staff convenient parking english breakfast
the staff was lovely and helpful. they quickly helped me locate parking when i arrived. the hotel provided a travel cot for my youngest, i appreciated that a lot. the breakfast was full english, including cereal and juices.
i noticed some noise from other residents, a lack of consideration during the night. i understand it isn't the hotel's fault, though it did impact my sleep.
